Yes. We use harmful cleaning products that are strong enough to do the job, but completely safe for everyone who lives or spends long hours in the property.
Just let us know. You can call or email us with your feedback. The cleaning contractor who’s worked in your premises would ask you sign a checklist after they’ve finished and if you are not happy with something, you can mark it on the form and simply not sign it.
We might be able to offer you a same-day service depending on the season and our capacity. However, we can’t guarantee at all times that we will be able to send somebody to your address the same day you make a booking.
No, you don’t. But if you want to be, that’s completely up to you.
You will be sent an email with information about the service provider coming to your home at the selected date and time, as well as other relevant details about your booking. It’s up to you to reply to the email accepting the booking confirmation.
You can choose to pay online when you are booking a slot and service, over the phone if you contact us in this way or in cash to the service provider when they come to the address, but before they’ve started the job.
All of our domestic cleaners are professionally trained and security checked. We will never take the risk to send a stranger to your home without making sure that they are a person of good character first.
We take every care to use harmless and environmentally friendly cleaning materials. However, we recommend you share your allergies with us beforehand and advise us what chemical may trigger a reaction in your body.
We are experiencing a heavy volume of customers and we can’t guarantee that you will always be able to book the slot you desire. Our slots are distributed on first come, first served basis. Cancellations sometimes occur, so we recommend you check our website regularly for updates in the schedule.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have paid for the service already and you cancel at least 48 hours before the booked slot, we will return your money in full. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours of the booked slot are a subject of a cancellation fee of 30%. If you cancel your booked slot less than 24 hours in advance you will only be refunded 50% of the sum you paid. If you had to cancel due to an emergency, let us know in an email and we will consider your case individually.
